Process Completed at Wharncliffe

The Indigo Process has moved into Unit 22 Wharncliffe Business Park.

Acting for the landlords, Direct Estates Limited, the deal was set up by Chris Rowlands & Co. who responded to an urgent requirement by Jacqui Jackson, director of The Indigo Process who urgently needed 4000 sq ft of industrial space in order to fulfil a short term contract refurbishing machinery used in the food processing industry.

Jacqui Jackson said “We are so pleased to have secured this building. It is ideal for our purposes and the initial short term agreement was a huge help to us. We were in occupation at Wharncliffe within 24 hours of us first calling Chris Rowlands to enquire about premises. We were not especially hopeful of getting anywhere so quickly but Chris pulled out all the stops. The initial project was successfully completed and we like the premises so much that we have decided to stay for the foreseeable future”.
