DIRECTIONS TO: CHRIS ROWLANDS & CO.

HILLTOP COTTAGE, NORTH LANE, CAWTHORNE, BARNSLEY, S75 4AG

 1. From M1 junction 38 take A637 towards Barnsley. After 2 miles turn right at Darton Church (signposted Cawthorne). After 1 mile turn left just after the White Bear and proceed down Cawthorne Lane for two miles. At Cawthorne Post Office turn left towards the Village Green and then take the right hand side of the Green and turn right onto the A635 towards Huddersfield. After one mile, at Naylor Industries take the left turn ( North Lane) signposted for Penistone. The house/office is the first property on the right hand side and there is room to park at the rear.

2. From M1 junction 37 take A628 through Capitol Park development towards Manchester and Penistone.

Either:

After two miles take right turn into Silkstone village and then take Silkstone Lane signposted to Cawthorne. After one mile with Cawthorne Village Green in front of you turn left onto the A635 towards Huddersfield.

Or:

After quarter of a mile turn right towards Higham. Proceed to c rossroads at Barugh Green where you will see Spencer Arms in front of you. Turn left onto A635 towards Cawthorne and Huddersfield.

One mile after Cawthorne village at Naylor Industries take the left turn ( North Lane) signposted for Penistone. The house/office is the first property on the right hand side and there is room to park at the rear.

 3. From Barnsley take the A635 towards Huddersfield taking care to stay on the A635 (left fork) where the road splits at Redbrook. After Barugh Green you will come to Cawthorne village. Stay on the A635 by-passing the village. After one mile, at Naylor Industries take the left turn ( North Lane) signposted for Penistone. The house/office is the first property on the right hand side and there is room to park at the rear.

4. From Huddersfield direction pass through various villages on the A635. About 3 miles after the Dunkirk Public House at Denby look out for Naylor Industries on the right. Take the right turn (North Lane) signposted for Penistone. The house/office is the first property on the right hand side and there is room to park at the rear.

5. From A629 road near Penistone look out for Renald Lane (signposted Cawthorne). This becomes North Lane after a couple of miles. The house / office is the last property on the left before the bottom of the lane so if you get to Naylor Industries you have gone too far and should turn around. There is room to park at the rear.
