10,000 sq ft sale at Park Springs

Acting for Brand Exhibitions and Events Limited, Chris Rowlands & Co. negotiated the sale of their 10,000 sq ft industrial building at Spring Hill Road, Park Springs to Bearing Brokers Limited.

Neil Brand and Ros Rothery the directors of the selling company have altered the emphasis of their business away from manufacturing and storage of exhibition material to a consultancy and advisory role and there was no longer a need for a large warehouse facility.

On the other hand Martin Sowter director of Bearing Brokers Limited, a Sheffield based company was seeking just this type of accommodation to facilitate the expansion of their specialist bearing brokerage business which has a thriving export order book.

Both parties declared themselves satisfied with the deal that was agreed.
