Capitol Park
Development at Capitol Park next to Junction 37 of the M1 at Barnsley is proceeding apace.
All but one of the hybrid units at Capitol Close has been sold and 15,000 sq ft of Grade A office space at One Capitol Court is occupied, with another 5,000 sq ft under offer.
The Ramada Encore hotel is nearing completion of the construction phase whilst the new Toby Inn and Restaurant is already trading beyond expectations after a successful opening in April 2008.
