Dodworth Office Lettings

Having moved into new offices at Great Cliffe Court, Dodworth in September 2008 in order to serve an expanding client base in Barnsley, Wakefield solicitors GM Wilson decided to make available the space in the building that they did not need for their own immediate purposes.

Chris Rowlands & Co. were appointed to find occupiers for the surplus accommodation and the space is now fully occupied with the whole of the first floor being let to Quality Homecare (Barnsley) Limited who provide domiciliary care services through Barnsley MBC Social Services Department. In addition an office on the ground floor has been occupied by Independent Financial Advisor Jane Barker from St James Place Wealth Management.
