36,000 SQ FT LET AT FALL BANK INDUSTRIAL ESTATE, DODWORTH, BARNSLEY
Acting on behalf of Wharfedale Finance Company two lettings amounting to 36,000 sq ft of traditional industrial accommodation have been concluded.
Unit F/G which is 16,000 sq ft has gone to GRG Technologies Limited whilst Plant Glazing Services have taken 20,000 sq ft at Unit H.

The governments change in legislation which means that owners have to pay rates on empty industrial space has placed great pressure on landlords and we are delighted to have secured these two tenants”
