Wakefield 41 Business Park Office letting agreed
Acting for the ACE Investment Fund, Chris Rowlands & Co. and Atis Real has leased Unit 1B Wakefield 41 Business Park to Farpod Limited.
The new tenants are a building services company specialising in plasterwork, partitioning and ceilings although they cover a wide range of other building disciplines besides.
Paul O’Donnell from Farpod said “We have operated for several years from small premises in Ossett but needed more and better quality office accommodation to expand into. Our business is growing rapidly due to new contracts which provide work building schools, health centres and other projects funded through the public sector”
He continued “The offices at Wakefield 41 are ideally located and we have committed resources to adapt them to our specific requirements”.
Chris Rowlands from the letting agents said “The agreement with Farpod Limited represents good value for both the landlord and the tenant. A lease has been agreed until February 2012 which the landlords are happy with and the tenants are pleased to have secured good quality accommodation at a competitive rent”
