Zenith Park Networkcentre
The following extract was featured in Barnsley Chronicle dated 26th February 2010.
Zenith Park Networkcentre is a modern development of industrial and office buildings conveniently situated within five minutes drive of Barnsley town centre but also within easy reach of Junctions 37 and 38 of the M1 motorway. It was constructed by Network Space, a joint venture between developers Langtree and the Homes and Communities Agency around ten years ago and has proved to be popular with a range of businesses. Current occupiers include Dearne FM, Globalhour Pharmacy, Sugden Accountants, Barnsley MBC Social Services, and Garden of Eden.
The development comprises a range of workshop and office units from 903 up to 2,336 sq ft. They are available on traditional leases though break clauses can be included where tenants are not able to make a long term commitment.
The site's perimeter is security fenced with a timed gate access and the landlords provide CCTV coverage and security lighting. It stands in an attractive landscaped environment within the wider Zenith Park and has extensive yard space for parking and access to the units.
Letting agent for Zenith Park Networkcentre is Chris Rowlands of local Barnsley agents Chris Rowlands & Co. Chris said “This is a first class development in an excellent location, ideal for small to medium sized enterprises”. Leona Taylor-Piggott of Network Space said “Network Space has a successful track record of satisfying occupier needs countrywide on the tried and tested Networkcentre format. Come and talk to us if you need workshop or office space in Barnsley”.
