Long established butchers R Birkinshaw & Son who have occupied premises at 2 Blacker Road, Mapplewell for many years have decided to call time so that David and Pauline Birkinshaw who run the business can retire.
Chris Rowlands & Co. have been instructed to find a buyer for the property which occupies a prominent position at the four land ends in Mapplewell.
In addition to the Butchery the accommodation includes excellently appointed living accommodation and a range of rear outbuildings.
It lends itself to alternative retail or commercial uses or it could be converted to solely residential occupation.
