Existing tenants include The Branches Physiotherapy Clinic, Barnsley Medical Consulting Rooms, Langley House Trust and Lifestyle Leisure Stores.

Joining them will be architects and surveyors The White Agus Partnership who have taken two rooms on the first and second floors having expanded the business to incorporate Horner Associates.
