Physio Branches Out

Providence Villa on Sackville Street, Barnsley becomes home to The Branches Physiotherapy Clinic and Barnsley Medical Consulting Rooms following its move from Churchfield Court.

The new premises provide light open and airy accommodation in an attractive Victorian building that many people in Barnsley may remember as the old Driving Test Centre. Since then it has been used as offices for a solicitors practice, a building contractor and an architect.

Carolyn Clay who is the proprietor of The Branches Physiotherapy Clinic decided to take over the ground floor of the building when the lease at Churchfield Court expired. She occupies most of the space for her Physiotherapy Clinic and Training Rooms but also makes available a Consulting Room to a number of Health Professionals to enable patients to be consulted under private health schemes.

Carolyn is delighted with the move saying that in a short space of time she has settled into the rooms which clients and patients find welcoming and friendly.

Chris Rowlands negotiated the lease on behalf of the owners and said “We wish Carolyn every success following the re-location of the business. It was a pleasure to agree terms with her and we hope that she will become established at Providence Villa for many years to come”.
