Lifeboats launched on Scarborough Industrial Estate

Acting on behalf of Scarborough property company Forge Estates, Chris Rowlands & Co have agreed terms with RNLI to take a lease of an industrial building at Orchard Court on the Eastfield Industrial Estate, Scarborough for use as a Provisions and Spares Store to support the main Scarborough Boat House.

The building is 6000 sq ft and the RNLI have signed up for a three year lease.
