Priority Sites second phase of development at Shortwood Business park, close to Junction 36 of the M1 is progressing well with Practical Completion scheduled for October 2008.
The development will comprise industrial units from 4,000 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft with prices starting at £75 per sq ft.
The aerial pictures show the work in progress and the Shortwood Phase 1 development.
