Letting in Leeds to Hotel and Hospital supplier
Acting for Berkshire Asset Management Chris Rowlands & Co. and King Sturge have leased Unit C5 Wyther Lane Industrial Estate, Leeds to AJM Textiles Limited, a Leeds based producer and supplier of various products to hospitals and hotels. The product range includes sewn and welded covers, mattresses and wheelchair covers and shower curtains.
AJM Textiles needed more space in a building which combined office and production space. Jill Reucroft from AJM Textiles stated “We have agreed the deal and made the move with the minimum of fuss and are delighted with the new premises which are ideal for our requirements”
